Fees

Hourly Fees

My hourly rate for legal services is $225.00 per hour.

Flat Fees

• Simple Wills - $125.00 each

• Trust Wills - $200.00 each

• Durable Power Of Attorney For Property - $50.00 each

• Durable Power Of Attorney For Health Care - $75.00 each (Note: Free forms to do this yourself are usually obtainable from your doctor's office or local hospital.)
 
• Deeds - $60.00 each plus recording costs

Written Fee Agreements

Written fee or "retainer" agreements are used in all matters where it is anticipated that the fee could exceed $1,000.00. If you would like a sample fee agreement, let me know by Email, and I'll send you a copy.
