Hourly Fees
My hourly rate for legal services is $300.00 per hour.
Flat Fees
- Simple Wills - $125.00 each
- Trust Wills - $250.00 each
- Durable Power Of Attorney For Property - $60.00 each
- Advanced Health Care Directive - $75.00 each (Note:
Free forms to do this yourself are usually obtainable from
your doctor's office or local hospital.)
- Deeds (with Preliminary Change Of Ownership Report) -
$100.00 each plus recording costs
Written Fee Agreements
Written fee or "retainer" agreements
are used in all matters where it is anticipated that the fee could
exceed $1,000.00. If you would like a sample fee agreement, let me
